Our process
- 1. Inspection. We walk the property, count windows, flag any hard water or stuck spots.
- 2. Exterior first. Pure-water pole system reaches up to second-story windows from the ground — no ladders needed for most homes.
- 3. Interior detail. Drop cloths down, microfiber cleaning, then a quick walk-through with you to make sure every pane meets the standard.
- 4. No-streak guarantee. Not perfect? We come back. No questions, no upcharge.
Common questions
- How long does it take? Most single-story homes are 2-3 hours. Two-story homes 4-5 hours.
- Do you bring water? Yes — we use your spigot but bring our own filtration system for the pure-water rinse.
- Will my dog be a problem? Nope. We work around pets and let you know before we move to interior work.
Pressure Washing

Florida's heat and humidity turn concrete dark with mold, mildew, and embedded grime. Pressure washing brings it back to original — but only when the pressure and technique match the surface. Too much PSI on the wrong surface chips concrete, blows out grout, and damages pavers. We dial it in.

Our process
- 1. Pre-treat. We apply a surface cleaner that loosens deep mildew, algae, and oil stains before any water hits.
- 2. Surface-matched pressure. Concrete gets full PSI, pavers get reduced, painted surfaces get soft wash only.
- 3. Even pass. Surface cleaner rotary heads for uniform stripe-free finish on flat surfaces.
- 4. Final rinse. Clean water rinse down to landscaping to dilute any runoff.
Common questions
- Will it damage my pavers? No. We use reduced PSI and surface cleaners on pavers — no etching, no joint blowout.
- Should I move furniture? We'll move what we need to and put it back. Heavier items we work around.
- How often should driveways be done? Most homes in Naples need it every 12-18 months.

High-pressure water blasts the surface but doesn't kill the spores, so it grows back fast. Soft washing uses a low-pressure chemical application that eliminates algae and mildew at the root. The result lasts 2-3x longer than pressure washing alone.
